Overview
The TTS Hungary (hereinafter: Seller) provides refund services to the entity who has ordered product(s) or item(s) (hererinafter: goods) from the TTS Hungary webshop (hereinafter: Buyer).
The Seller takes the obligatation to refund and accept returned goods only for 30 calendar days counted from the date of delivery of the given goods. If 30 calendar days have passed since the delivery of the given goods, the Seller does not offer the Buyer refund or exchange of any kind.
Futhermore, for the Buyer to be eligible for a refund all of the following conditions must be met:
- Goods purchased from the Seller must be returned in the original condition of the goods,
- Carriage or shipping cost of the return of the goods are the Buyer’s expense,
- The returned goods remain the Buyer’s responsibility during transit, transfer of responsibility is after recieving and signing of the package by the Seller,
- All returned goods must arrive to the Seller within 30 days after the date of Seller’s date of delivery,
- In the return package, the Buyer must provide one printed copy of the invoice of the purchase from the Seller.
The number of eligability conditions can be unilaterally decreased by the Seller, only if the Buyer contacts the Seller in an appropriate manner and both involved come to a mutual understanding to the given particular case.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, the Seller sends the Buyer an email (to the email address given during registration or purchase) to notify the Buyer that the Seller have received the returned goods. The Seller will also notify the Buyer of the approval or rejection of the refund after inspecting the goods.
If the return and subsequently the refund is approved, then the Buyer’s refund will be processed, and the purchase price will automatically be returned according to the Buyer’s method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
Processing of bank transfer can cause delays in the refund process.
It is recommended to contact your credit card company / bank, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted on the Buyer’s statement.
If the refund is not received in 15 working days after the refund notification email sent to the Buyer, please contact us at triodetradition@gmail.com.
Replacement warranty
The Seller only replaces goods if said goods are defective, faulty or damaged.
If the Buyer sees that the Seller’s goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, or a fault appears in the first 30 days after delivery please contact technical support (triodetradition@gmail.com) for assistance.
If the issue can not be resolved by email the item can be returned for either for a refund or a testing and in case of faulty or damaged a replacement is provided, in case of the Buyer’s request, if the following conditions are met:
- Return shipping cost are the Buyer’s responsibility.
- The goods remain the Buyer’s responsibility until signed for by the Seller.
- In the return package, the Buyer must provide one printed copy of the invoice of the purchase from the Seller.
Shipping returns
The Buyer deciding to return any goods in case of either request of refund, request of replacement of for testing it must be sent to:

The Buyer is responsible for paying for shipping costs of returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
As a consideration if the Buyer is returning one or more expensive items, it should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
